The registration fee includes:
entrance to all sessions, name badge,
programme and abstract book, welcome reception, coffee breaks and
gala dinner. Additional gala dinner
tickets will be available at the price of 40
€. Student fee does not include gala
dinner.
*The
accompanying guest fee is an optional charge for one guest to accompany a
registered conference participant to these social events only: welcome reception
on Sunday night and the conference banquet.
Cancellation policy:
If notification of cancellation is received before 15 September 2010, a
refund less 100 € service fee will be issued following the symposium; after 15
September 2010, no refunds will be made but substitutes will be accepted.
