SYMPOSIUM LOCATION
The venue for TCM2010 will be the
Resort Beach Hotel “Atlantica Sensatori Caldera Palace” in Analipsi, 4Km
from the resort town of Hersonissos about 20 km from Heraklion International
Airport, Crete, Greece.

Hotel room cost is per night and includes breakfast, lunch & dinner. Rooms
will only be guaranteed if the reservation is received before the deadline of 15
August 2010. Any reservations after this date will be on request basis only.
Sharing is possible; please indicate at time of registering. There are a
limited number of rooms at the Hotel Aquis Bella Beach, just 10 minutes walking distance
from the conference venue for participants seeking cheaper
accommodation at competitive rates. Self-catering and small pensions are also available on request.

Cancellation policy: If notification of
cancellation is received before 15 September 2010, a refund less the cost of 2
nights accommodation will be returned following the symposium; after 15
September 2010, two nights room rate cancellation fee will be charged plus a
100 € service fee.Substitutes will be accepted.
NBWe have secured a number of rooms at a reduced rate for participants of the symposium
that can only be attained if rooms are reserved through Mitos S.A.
